Quite recently I've encountered audio glitch in Diplomacy toggle of 1212 AD MOD, when I press on "Initiate Diplomacy" button

The counterpart faction leader speaks a long tirade like "Please accept as most humble audience for your terms my poor self..etc etc", you know just as a matter of formal addressal

Yet audio glitch appears as if crackle sound "DZZH.." unpredictably.

I had installed recent Realtek Audio Drivers, and I still wonder what could be a reason of such slightly uncomfortable to gameplay experience the very aforementioned audio-glitch which sounds like sudden rapture "DZZH"
