turn of major factions script
Is it possible to turn off major faction income bonus? Even with all the hard economy mods and slower campaign, all major factions still start with 25000 plus income a turn

Should not be doing this as all income has been reduced.

Use NO Ai buffs submod

you can turn off the script as well within the mod
