Rome getting WAY TOO MUCH money from a Satrapy (Syracuse)

Was around turn 40 on Grand Campaign with Harder Economy turned on...suddenly I'm getting paid 330 million gold from Syracuse per turn...pretty game breaking

Yeah lol pissed me off then it cracks me up. Guess I'm set for the rest of the game. Now tiny nations want 60 mil to make peace with Rome now
