You CAN use this weapon skin/texture ingame, BUT.
You need the owner/maker to send the two skin types to you.
The following are: V Texture and W Texture. These textures are .Vtf files(Valve Texture Format) Which is placed in your materials folder in cs:go. Unfortunately, over 4 million people don't understand this. SO, I would say no to using these Workshop skins. They are only here as an application for it to be in the game. Like "Penis" said above me.
If you're not gonna read the above, no you cannot get skins from the workshop.
If you're talking about how to use the skins on the workshop, you cannot unless either the creator releases a mod or Valve accepts it.
This simply a workshop!!, Valve decides to take the skin to the game or not, if yes indeed im sure that they will put it in the CHEST!!!
