boundingInfo missing on all of your locomotives (afaik)
The internal camera view does not apply to the locomotives if there is no boundingInfo.
So switching with PageUp/PageDown only switches between the cars.
If also the cars got no boundingInfo then either only one default camera view is generated or the game could crash if trying to use the camera view.
