That was intentional. Until I can find a way where the mask won't immediately clip through the mask when it's moved, plus the flesh head's default position is in the mask. It would be weird if the starting position for it was clipping through the mask.

UnSub then resub, then restart SFM. This is an issue I can't help, and is just a normal issue of SFM.
