Basically the way this works is it partially relies on the projectile speed to do damage
use the convar sv_gred_shell_speedmultiplier 2

That should work

You dont need to man, Just hit k to load a AP shell. for it however use the console command

the little ~ button and enter the different thing's i think THINK
