Not a lot of activity on this discussion board. I just discovered the mod a week ago thanks to "The Line of Epic Heroes" on YOUTUBE doing a live-stream where he played it. I subscribed to it and began playing it immediately. "Affix" is the modifier that comes BEFORE the name of an item. "Suffix" is the modifier that comes AFTER the name of the item. So a BURNING Mage's Staff OF SCORCHING has an AFFIX of BURNING, and a SUFFIX of OF SCORCHING. I haven't done that TRUTH SIDE QUEST you mentioned (I've just started Egypt) but +50 AFFIX POWER sounds like it give you a +50 bonus to some AFFIX on possibly an item you have on you at the time, or maybe you can apply it later. It may be an item you received... I don't have any information so I can't say for sure. But it sounds powerful. It's been over 4 years since you posted. Did you ever find out the effect?
