Fix proposal to support custom cargo models
Hi
Here are my version of the mod.lua for
- Industry Expanded http://blackwizard.free.fr/1950013035/mod.lua
- Industry Expanded Add-On - Mail and Waste http://blackwizard.free.fr/1962151270/mod.lua
Adds support for custom cargo models, then container/trailer will spawn when vehicle not using cargo bay is loaded with non vanilla cargo type.
- Also paramaterizes Industry Expanded's source industry factor, which stays at 1.5 by default.

This works great for me. At least now I can see at a glance when the consist is full.
