How to do that look on video, special for you: https://yadi.sk/i/jvPzzXXUc6bGvQ
Or read here (if you scare my link on Yandex Disc):
F5 (Modules) -> Object Modifers -> Simulation Manager
Place Simulation Manager on the map and in attributes: Radius = 300 (I think it's maximum view distance on you map, need some tests) -> OK
Select all objects on your map (without Citadel) -> attributes -> scroll to "Object: Special States" -> Enable Dynamic Simulation -> OK
Also add to the all "Travles" a "Simple state", or they are jump to the sky when player get close to them.
Done! One minute of work and + a lot of FPS on your map!
Here is a fixed version https://yadi.sk/d/sSXYj-2hl64z2A
P.S. Sorry for fix and open your map without asking you.
Also read about "Stringtable" https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Stringtable.xml
You can add a localization on your map. I can help you to translate on russian if you want.
