You have either used the wrong steering knuckles or the wrong front suspension crossmember.

The steering rack is at the front of the crossmember but the inner and outer tie rods are attached to knuckles designed for a steering rack mounted at the rear of the crossmember.

I just fixed it in the editor. Nick, it would be the Double Wishbone 3 that you want instead of the one that's in place now.
