Our first update is live! The Celt v.03

- Blade of Mag Tuireadh rework:
Removed damage debuff from ability. Added +5% DMG per 25 Stress to skill.

-Eye of Balor is now a Free Action

-Class Critical Ability changed to Increased Stress Healing Received

-Various artwork cleanup, fixed rotated sprite in skin 3
