How Do you fix the textures being broken like everything being smooth

When I download this, the TEXTURE go down a lot, but when I delete it, everything is fine, does anyone know why?

Set quality to epic. If that doesnt work then go to settings in AppData and modify the texture poolsize manually. For exemple I have 4gb vram and I set it at 3500 instead of the default 2000.
