Pawns won't transfer items to higher priority storage
Hey Jango, so I've been dealing with a problem connected to DeepStorage and this mod for dozens of colonies now and have never figured out how or why it's happening. The best way to explain it is through an example..

Say I use one of your metal crates on 'normal' priority for apparel and they put all my apparel in there. Then I create a clothing rack (vanilla deep storage) on a higher priority. My pawns will never carry them to the higher priority storage. They are free haulers, there is unlimited space in both racks, nothing is disallowed. I have ensured that there should be no reason they wouldn't transfer them over, except that they just don't. Now testing this same issue using two of the vanilla clothing racks, it works flawlessly. But I've reproduced the issue with the simply storage containers consistently, and I'm unsure of what would be different between the two that causes my pawns to be unable to transfer stuff from your containers.

The only way I can ever get them to do it is by unchecking those particular items I want moved (ex: apparel) from your crate and then they will go move it to where they're supposed to be. I was wondering if you had any idea why this happens this way? For reference, I do use Pick Up & Haul (or whatever it's called nowadays).

Similar issue. Setting higher priority on something like a pallet, and they will load the four initial slots, but wont stack beyond that. i have to manually tell them to move items to it every time. they leave food sitting outside and wont load the wood or metal shelves after some initial slots

I only thing i can think of is the pawn AI for hauling a lot of thing on the same tile. I remember rimworld is using one core for the whole game this might be a problem too...i'm not sure as in i'm getting a lot of reports of this now...and again sorry for the later response

<overlayType>Just tested, this one not being "none" seems to work.
