My ships suddenly won't repair while in port. My naval maintenance is set to 100%. It was after I finished a war with Morocco, as Portugal.

Seems strange, I will look into it but I have not yet come across that, please post another a message if the issue resolves itself.

EDIT: Just went into game I was unable to recreate the issue you were having, it may also be that you are out of manpower? in EVE ships require manpower to repair and to construct, if your pool is empty the ships will not repair.

I'm submitting this as a bug basically because I think it's an oversight.

Playing Manchu (now Qing) and racing Moskva (who weirdly haven't formed Russia) to the center of Siberia with a daisy chain of colonists. Noticed that the decision to claim Central Siberia was added to my list of potential decisions - and that it required that I've already claimed Western Siberia. Which would be a fair and sensical thing, if I were Russia. As it stands, I'm basically going to have to beat down Russia and meet the reqs to claim Western Siberia before I can have Central, which will have long since been completely within my territory.

@Shax, Yeh the decisions were made mainly for Russia and the reason wastelands are requirements was to try to stop a colonising nation like Portugal from colonising the east then claiming eastern Siberia.

I will look into it and see if I can make it work better if I am not able to do so I will just remove the wastelands as requirements for claiming other wastelands.

Two Sicilies Bug: Formed Two Sicilies as an absolutely enormous Neapolitan Empire (seriously I had all the requirements but adm10 like ten years into the game). Gained Sicilian which I had recently lost as an accepted culture back as an accepted culture. Sweet! Thinks I. Then I lost it again almost immediately.

Pretty lame.

@Shax, Yeh that is a problem with the way accepted cultures work, it will disappear as soon as said culture falls below 5% of the nations tax, there is no real way around it unfortunatly.

I've ran into an issue where I'm trying to unlock the reduced claim fabrication time idea in the Influence group. When I try to unlock it I loose the 400 power, but the idea fails to unlock. I've tried twice with the same results.

yeh, its a known bug, will be fixed in tomorrows patch. I wouldnt suggest you spend anymore point into it because it wont work until tomorrows patch, sorry.

No. Only Extended Vanilla Experience and Timeline Extension Mod. And before Art of War mod worked well.

You can not use any timeline extension mods with EVE, both mods will change the same files, causing crashes and other issues.

Hi Daniel,
congrats to your mod. Sadly it crashes everytime between February and March 1445. Starts 1444, KI Handicap, easy, dynamic province names. Except for the UI Mod no others are installed.

What's the reason behind this? Any guesses?
