HI. As soon as any building material is added to the pen, the building shows unreachable.

Hello, without analyzing your save game file I can't help with your issue, mod was tested very thoroughly and no such bugs appeared and it was tested not only be me.

Please also send screenshots from your village - exact spot which you are trying to build Donkeys Pen and you're seeing no access sign.
