How about +15 health is absorbed when backstabbed an enemy, +20% cloak duration, -25 Health and maybe turns victims into candy?
and maybe the victim into candy can be eaten by the other class (except you) like a sandvich but you only gain 15 health

One idea that has been discussed, in private circles, is having a stacking effect like the Eyelander called "Sugar Rush" or something, wherein the spy starts moving faster and attacking faster the more kills he gets with it. The movement speed bonus would only affect the spy when he is undisguised, or disguised as a scout, wherein it would cap at the scout's speed.

It is also conceivable that should the spy cut someone, as in not backstabbing them, they gain the Sugar Rush effect temporarily.

sugar rush sounds awsome but, you should begin with -30% speed and -20% attack speed and you can only get up to twice the speed of a normal spy, so there wont be people going at the speed of light

+ On Backstab: Drops a small health pack
- +10% crit damage vulnerability on wearer

The reason spies haven't gotten anything that boosts speed is because it'd simply be too powerful. Spies have their speed so that it's more focused around positioning, not just chasing things down, although it's certainly possible to do so.

As much as I would *love* to be able to chase things down. The only possible way I could justify a speed boost to spy is when you're cloaked.

Yes, I was thinking of that as well. Something that speeds up the spy could be quite game-changing. Direct your attention to wafflemonkeyman's comment though:

I could possibly see a scenario where you start with such a disadvantage and must get one or two kills with the Candy Cain before you're back to normal stats. If you can manage to get more kills after that without dying then you get a boost past normal. The boost could also be rather minimal, even a 5% boost to the spy's speed could have a major impact on gameplay.

The increased speed would definitely result in spys trying to run down backstabs much more often, but also from greater distances. This would make such attempts much more obvious as well. Also, you must consider, if the spy wants to use the move speed bonus he must do so either cloaked or undisguised, you could not run someone down while disguised, as the spy would use the movement speed of that class. Also consider that spys currently run down heavies and soldiers already, this would just enable them a chance to do this with other classes as well.

Perhaps you're right though Valve recently retracted the speed and accuracy modifiers of the Baby Face Blaster (I am guessing because it changed the nature of the scout too much). Whatever the stats, I would be quite pleased to see this make it in-game, and I trust Valve would be able to balance it appropriately with the existing game mechanics.

I'd love to see the weapon in game. I could use some more spy knives to go into my ever growing collection.

But I don't like speed modifiers for the spy. I just think it ♥♥♥♥♥ up the dynamics of a class that's around stealth. Lowering the base speed also causes issues. Too many easy answers to get into. I'd be down for a type of "gain heads" weapon for the spy though. Maybe start at 100 health, increase health and speed (only while cloaked). Knife does less damage on pokes.

For me this stats are good:
Benefits:
+10hp on kill (max 165)
Disadvantages:
+20% explosive damage vulnerability on wearer
