You’re incorrect, it does remember engrams. The mod respects hidden engrams, level requirements, and engram point requirements. Add your desired points and recheck your engrams. You will find that once you reach the engram requirements that they will be unlocked again. I think this is better than force unlocking things and having negative engram points like other mods I know. It also means that it handles engram changes better by respecting that stuff.
The relearning process is also why I didn’t want it to be spammed, because the memory will be clipped if you don’t apply all of your points before using it again. Essentially, it only remembers what you have at the time of use. Again though, I can make an ini.
An ini setting to make it reusable would be nice as well. I don't really mind if it is or isn't though, just as a first use I assumed it would be.
