Another Suggestion
When the player enters the HEV Suit, they'll play that Hand-Looker animation like in Half-Life.

Interestingly enough this was originally a feature that I was testing out, however I straight up copied handlooker code, it was disruptive to sweps and a slightly modified version of another persons code so I didn't include it. However if I can make my own version of the handlooker that doesn't battle sweps too much when the game forces a switch I may make an optional feature for it.
