Should this be a second engineer misc unusual?
I know Valve is control over things being unusual, but just thing there isn't many misc unusuals

no it shouldnt, back pack type unusual miscs are weird..like the pyro coffin kit was weird iwth effects..

Should be a mini dispencer pack. Cant place despencer takes up pistol and gives less hp and less metal (lots less) also u have to hold ur secondary out

Why is some people thinking as if its a weapon? Its just a misc. and it does nothing, and i also think that there shouldn't be Unusual. It would be weird...

well some might agree with u, but i think there isnt many unusual misc and this should be an unusual misc

lol, should be unusual that functions as a mobile dispencer,reduced health and ammo given, always out, reduced starting metal and ammo for all weapons, is destroyed on an enemy spy's sucessfull backstab on wearer but reduces hp to half.

an idea for dis awzum thing.
Yes I think secondary would be a nice spot for it, acting like the snipers happy camper.
+1 hp regenerated per second on wearer
+10 metal regenerated per 5 seconds on wearer
If a spy saps it, these effects are canceled until you go to a ammo/health station at spawn.
Anyone else like this idea?
