maybe the effect sould be the backpacks arrow it sould tell how muth scrap you have

I like the idea of affects.. But I don't think Valve would follow through with that. What I mean is, none of the items in TF2 have there own affects. Thats what makes Unusual items so valuable. But I would support this item having an unusual version.
