Bug - stuck in wall

Hello, really enjoyed the pack. Although ran into a slight bug...

Happened twice, was able to smash my way out first time with a giantizer, but 2nd time was not able to get out at all.

Also saved output log to troubleshoot, just let me know where to send it.

Not the first bug of this chunk, I tried to change it, but it didn't work.I'll replace it
