I love the effects and differences in the destruction type jutsus, but I end up reverting back to incinerate because the jutsus don't seem to do the damage I would expect. Incinerate does a 90 damage shot, but level 4 phenix flower or great fireball seem to do much less damage, even thought the description says it should be doing more.

Is this a bug on my end, has anyone else noticed this? I'm not asking for anything over powered, I would do quests to get more powerful jutsus or have them cost more magic.

Does this have something to do with Chakra? I saw that in some descriptions, but never understood the mechanic.
