VManip is all round buggy with TFA weapons, only some will work. If you are talking about a console error, I don't get one so I can't help. As for your missing hands, this could be a playermodel error, maybe you didn't install one of the playermodels or the playermodel is just bugged, try using EFT playermodels (BEAR or USEC).
