There seems to be an unexpected bug that stops the crafting of the raw rocks in a barrel. The barrel needs to be full of water for it to work. If using COT, you'll spawn a barrel and it will be full, no issue. If using VPP, you'll spawn a barrel and it will be empty, issue.
