This can't play with that Tartarus. When I created a new character, I can't move or go because I see a knife on the character.

Yeah it comes up in the menu when I launch the mod, so I don't know why it comes up like that on yours. But just try to launch the mod, it bounces you back, then create a new character.

Then start game. Once it loads unequip the knife.
