Enhance in both ways?
Is it possible to also add lower levels?
Like when there is an industry with 2 levels, 100 and 200.
When local factor = 2 then this mod adds two more levels, 300 and 400.
But how about another parameter to also add 50 and 25, if the user wishes?

Or is this too complicated as the table contents need to be moved?
