Report a translation problem
It pretty much makes the whole royalty requirements only apply to 1 person (if you have more the 1 royal in your colony) and it removes the stupid feature where royals become incapable of doing certain things

Edit: I've since changed the title of this post, as my query is (mostly) obsolete now that nobles with the Royalty DLC aren't prevented from doing those jobs - for the most part.
It still affects Greedy and Jealous pawns, as I understand it, but this issue isn't as pressing as it used to be.
