Currently the only way I can find to change the settings for *all* Conditions/Disease/Other is to do each individually. This is difficult because it is a lot of clicking through, but also because I have no way of knowing if a particular hediff is a Condition/Disease/Other until I've clicked on it. It also adds difficulty if I want to copy my settings between different modpacks - I might have new hediffs, or prior hediffs are gone. With that being the problem as I see it, I think the ideal solution is as follows:

In the same UI block as the global "Custom Hediffs" settings for "Max condition progress" and "Max disease progress" add the global settings for for Conditions and Diseases.

A less ideal solution that may be easier to implement would be to add a filtering check box in the hediff specific settings: "Only Conditions", "Only Disease".
