First off, these are so much better than what the vanilla game it's ridiculous. Both power-wise but also top speed wise.

I don't mean using these means "cheating". I mean the vanilla game completely drops the ball on early electrics in general (around the world).

Secondly, any chance of adding a second, unpowered, car? Essentially, something that looks much the same but without the 600 kW.

I mean, steam engines in in 1920s didn't have much more power - and they had to pull along several unpowered cars! You could easily make up a train consisting of two (P)owered cars plus three (U)npowered cars for a PUUUP consist. The 1200 kW would still rival steam engines!
