The model when I installed looks glitched and broken as♥♥♥♥♥♥ how do I fix it?

Exact same problem I see like incomplete cars mashed together

I fixed the problem, just change your DX mode to a higher one like DX 9

yeah i have it at dx 9.0 but still broken

if you have low model settings then set them to high.
