Coastal City Ship Glitch

what is with the city ship glitch. It is really annoying. Game crashes. Why does this happen?

No clue, I've tried to test this and get the same results but have had no luck.

I don't know why it happens but i know what's happening. There were 2 garrison ships with 40 units each. When I attacked the settlement the game spawned 80 ships each manned by 1 person. If the garrison were larger or if there was a fleet there too I can definitely see why it would crash the game. Again, no clue why or if you already knew the what but... yeah.

it only appeared to happen when i used the iceni total cheat mod so that may be the cause

Same thing happens to me. Iceni mod, billions of boats show up at the town you start at war with.
