Not sure if the science ship v2 is still the same size or is meant to be smaller also the Ion cannons for me are invisible in the ship designer.

Thanks for the feedback, @Caleger88! I'll make a few comparisons between the base science ship v2, and my own, and will make sure that it is properly scaled. Edit - When you speak of the science ship v2, do you mean the exploration cruiser? If so, I believe the scale is OK. A little larger than the base science ship, but not to big.

On the note of the ion cannon, I haven't suffered that issue myself, and I will do some research into the problem. You would't happen to be using a large amount of mods would you? Edit - Try moving my mod below Kurogane Expanded, and Downscaled Ships below my mod. I know it is counter intuitive, but this will raise their priority, meaning Downscaled ships will overwrite my mod, which will overwrite Kurogane Expanded. If that doesn't work, you may have to go through a process of elimination, starting with Kurogane Expanded, Downscaled ships, and my mod. Then add mods until you find the mod that is causing the problem.

The last post was long enough.

I just took a look at the ion cannon in the ship designer, and while I can see it, it has a haze over it. Apparently this was a problem in august of last year, and in a recent patch note Paragon has mentioned that there are lots of WIPs left. While that tackles the haze problem to a certain extent, you will have to refer to the post above for your invisibility problem.

Ok I got the mod to work now, I just moved Kurogane to the top of my mod list then your mod then the Downscaled mod and every other mod that I have afterwards. It shows up now, The haze I can ignore.

Yeah sorry I meant the Exploration Cruiser, If its meant to be that size then don't worry about it.

Happy to help. I will keep an eye on that exploration cruiser as I continue to work, and if I see a place where the scale doesn't make sense I'll happily change it.

HELP!

Certain Models have disappeared when I activate your mod,

1 Escort Carrier model has vanished, the Dreadnought module load-outs have changed, the Battleship modules have changed around and the Cruiser models are all jumbled up/missing/merged.

My Mod order is:

UI+
UI Dynamic
NSC2 Season 4
NSC2 & Down-scaled Ships Patch
Kurogane Expanded

Ok

I ended up having to do a spreadsheet just to keep track of everything...

I havent found any difference in the number slots S / M / L / etc

I have numbered the different models, i.e two 4's mean each of those ships share the same model.


Corvettes, Destroyers = No problems.

Cruisers =

Thank you, I understand that much better now. I will look into this, but I don't actually think this is an issue with this mod. The only thing i changed in the files was the scale. Now that I think about it though, it is possible that Paragon may have updated the mod recently and set up the sections differently, and because this mod overwrites Kurogane Expanded it may be reverting that change. Like I said, I will look into this ASAP, and see what I can do. Once again, HUGE thank you, you really cleared that up for me, and I now have a much better understanding of what the issue is. Also, what do you mean by UI+?

Done and dusted, should be working fine now! My files weren't up to date with the latest version of Kurogane Expanded.
