I just think the up and down specials are a little buggy.

I agree with charlie, he struggles a lot when he's being rushed down. I think he needs to be a bit faster and mobile. He can be juggled way too easily and may need to be a bit tankier. The base roster "destroys" the boss right now.

it also seems like he's balanced around smash and not rivals. He should really be able to kill much easier.
what does turning them pink do?

I feel that his down special isn't all that useful, (Seriously I haven't used it in the last like 10 matches I've played,) even if it could be useful, it's kind of boring. I would prefer something like the final phase in "It's Not Over" with the smash down and create waves (Obviously not instantly, should have a charge up kind of thing.) It would work as a reference and great reference, but then again I'm not the programmer, just a thought.

If you hit with another special move it freezes them for a short period of time.

The Boss can stall infinitely offstage with up b, and it doesn't help that he can hover in the air with neutral b (which also allows him to fire projectiles from up above). I feel like that's a bit broken, seeing as you can't even reach him there. Also, there is no counterplay to him just placing the up b on stage, covering a massive part of the stage with a hitbox.
