Rewiring card doesn't do what it's supposed to do.
It does swap your strength with the target, but it doesn't decrease your strength past 0 (If you have positive str, it reduces it to 0 (If less than 10) and then swaps it. if you have negative str, it only swaps.
I'm not sure if the same problem applies to circuitous as well, but it should definitely be checked out.
