Uh, no, because then people would start qq-ing about other hats not having stats. And besides, hats are really hard to get if ya don't pay for em.

How many times have poeple put "hat stats" on a hat, the hat gets succssesful, but no stats! Stop trying, guys. The only hats REMOTELY with stats are the ones with a set. And even then, not directly!

Also, what about the Your Eternal Reward? It makes victims invisible, so ice doesn't work brilliantly (Also hats don't have stats)

that would be decent, the bombinomicon makes you explode when you die and its a misc! SO WHY NOT.

the only hat with an actual stat, well two hats, are horsemanns pumpkin head, and saxton hale mask, they make you immune to his boo taunt

or it could on kill turn the victim to an snowman :D and then it despawns in ragdoll despawn time :D

How about, like the bombnomicon, this hat adds effects on death? So when you die, you turn into a snowman (Unless killed by an item that already has effects like the Spycicle or Your Eternal Reward)
