This hat is DEFINATELY festive. I don't think this should be buyable. My idea is that it could be in the form of an achievement, simular to the ghastly, ghostly and ghostliest gibus. This would be a Xmas achievement. If so, this would give it some weight. when it isn't Xmas time, this would have about 1.00 to a key within 3 months after christmas time. 4-7, it would probably go up... but after all, my point is, would this be another crappy item worth 0.11 or would it be best buddies with bill's hat? Tell me in this disscussion.
