SS Demo Gun Not Picking Up Structures

I have this issue with the demo gun from SS. the 'destroy' options works, just not the 'pick up' options. and I only play on single player.
I have this in my GameUserSettings.ini: RestrictDemoGunPickup=false & DisablePickup=false

try to change this:RestrictDemoGunPickup=true
