I am also having issues with the radial tool not coming up where all others on the server do

I don't know if making a new character after the mod is installed would work but I recommend giving it a try, I am just not going to have the radial tool unless some solution is presented.

Have you tried equipping another weapon first or respawning/fast travelling?

Either you’ve used this mod before and forgot you rebound the key, (you can check from the Pull Menu in your inventory there is a double gear icon that opens the settings to the radial menu)

Or you are trying to run S+ or another fork alongside this mod which is breaking the mod. Check your mods and make sure none of them mention they are forks of S+.

I did have S+ originally but I swapped to this one, maybe it didn't uninstall correctly. My N key is still bound for weapon toggles.

I have died many times and even made a new character but the problem persists. I suspect that S+ wasn't uninstalled correctly

Do you have a controller, or software that emulates a controller, plugged in? Remove it.
