Why no gavager limit?

I switched recently to SS for my cluster because it seemed SS had less of the imbalanced PVE-like things S+ kept adding, but for some reason it still has Gavagers and even worse, it doesn't have a setting for a Gavager limit. I suppose I can remove it alltogether, but is there any plans to make a setting for it?

Legend is looking at adding building limits. Gavagers amongst those yes.
But for now you could just disable the engram yeh.
