Transfer Gun & Stored Dino Souls

Used the transfer gun to transfer items from a raft to a dino, but the dino souls (from dino storage v2 mod) that were stored in it went completely missing. They are nowhere on any dinos. The fertilized eggs in the raft also went missing. Also lost metal. Anyone else having issues with the transfer gun losing items in transit?
