Is there a way I can modify incubators?

Anyone who has tried using the stat optimization feature of the incubators knows that it's pretty useless. Is there a file I can access to change the logic it is using?

Yes... Download the devkit and make your own mod.
Otherwise no you'll have to wait for Legend to fix it.
There's no config file method to change the behaviour.
