possibility to activate building into walls?

Is there a possibility to build structures into map walls? i have a base ob Aberation and i cant build a wall because there is a minimal piece of stone from the map wall... :)

Structure clipping is not controlled by this mod. It is a vanilla game config. Refer to the Ark wiki config page.
