mutator help

does anyone know how to change the requirements of the superstructures mutator requirement from 10 element to 1000?

Refer to the pinned discussions. Includes a confid guide. Search for "mutator" to locate relevant settings.

I've already looked through those settings I don't see any on how to change the cost of an item

That's why I said to use "search". It'll take you directly to mutator related configs. The configs is pulse cost.
