Transmitter showing ghost dinos

I've scanned for dinos that exist on the map, went looking for them only for them to simply not exist even when using ghost to find them.
I'm using Primal Fear. disabled hibernation, are there any known issues with the transmitter incorrectly displaying dinos?

Dino spawns are not static. Dinos can be removed by the server.

The above issue is the natural result of that.

If you find it keeps happening... Force a dino wipe on server startup to ensure you're starting from a fresh slate
