Mod not downloading

I dont have access to the steam CMD logs currently since I am away from my server, but all my other mods (and even S+) download but if I try SS it seems to be the only mod with a problem downloading to my server. Has anyone else had this issue and if so how you fixed it. I use ark server manager for my server creating.

ark server manager is a manager , easy gui to admin settings. From what I recall you should not be loading both S+ and SS do to conflicts.
