Report a translation problem
The most common issue with mods not working is merely that you have a corrupt copy. Server hosts, and steam, do not appear to validate that the copy of the mod is without corruption. Validating game files does not touch the mods.
The only way to troubleshoot that is to completely clear the mod files from your server, or game client. Depending on which side the issue is occurring... and NOT reinstall from a cache.

For private server hosts... Use FTP to manually copy over a known working copy of the mod from your game client or local test server. Contact Nitrado support if you need help with that.
