bro me too the siren head keeps repeating the kill animation whilst in the background, it says "Something is creating script errors.". It only does this when it's trying to use it's fatality on an NPC.

siren head is a girl (stop the sirenheadabuse)

I fixed the problem, if you go to the console right when the DRGbase nextbot does a fatality on an npc, go to the console (` key) and then you would see this: NextBot [id][nextbot name] Error: [addon name]: Tried to use a NULL entity!

delete the addon which is causing the null entity thing and you should be good to go.
