UPDATE: This bug has vanished, and appears to had something to do with my computer hardware.

I'm getting a weird issue where the hotkeys for spray painting have completely flooded the hotkey menu, seemingly pushing out everything else to the point that they push other commands out. After about a minute you can't even move your character and the only button that still works is ESC to quit the game.

console.txt does not contain any relevant information.

Update: After unplugging my external monitors the problem went away. I have no idea why the monitors would have caused this particular issue but computers are a mystery sometimes.
