No you don't. However there may be some hidden memes/stories that exist that doesn't make sense to you. But they make sense to us.


Is there a reason why so many of these items are admin spawn only?

Yes. Reforged Blade runs an item store that uses Loyalty Tokens from AoC. These items are more highly desirable or rare. In certain cases these items may be specific to a story element going on in the current season.
